In 2019, Kyle began integrating the Adventure-based Experiential Learning Model into his organization's pre-basic training efforts. The results demonstrated potential to conserve $29.2M annually in basic training attrition losses. This innovative approach to military training expanded into an outdoor recreation-based suicide prevention program that has been recognized by DoD and VA leadership.
He is a Master Resiliency Trainer with degrees in Recreation Management & Strategic Leadership.
Dr. Schultz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas. Her vast experience with the role of neuroscience in mental health, biomechanics, and pedagogy contribute significantly to the development and execution of Reczealient programs.
She holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Toxicology and Pharmacology and a M.Ed from the University of Arkansas. January enjoys researching the effects of nature on our neurochemicals.
Command Sergeant Major (R) Edwards is a recognized expert in leadership development, human capital optimization, and team building. He served 19 years as an Army National Guard recruiter, culminating his career as the senior enlisted leader of a recruiting battalion. He has influenced numerous innovative recruiting initiatives through his service on multiple talent management boards. John provides strategic consulting to Reczealient through Edwards Leadership & Performance.
Ethan is a therapist, author, speaker, and creator of the Hey Man mental health movement. He is a trusted authority on suicide prevention in young men and is dedicated to the pursuit of reducing help-seeking stigmas to increase protective factors in this demographic. Ethan is an avid rock climber who believes in the benefits of getting outside to lower stress and build social connectedness. Ethan advises Reczealient on how to improve mental health in the lives of Generation Z participants.
Aaron is a Veteran of the US Army's 5th Special Forces Group and relentless pursuer of outdoor adventure. His journey led him to find peace as a Wild Cave Guide, Wildland Firefighter, and Park Ranger in the National Forest Service where he has planned and executed numerous military resiliency-enhancing programs.
Aaron is co-owner of the Jamestown Crag where he enjoys introducing aspiring climbers to the sport as they transition from gym to rock. He is a co-founder of NOMADS Cave Rescue Team.
Noel was named the US Army's Recruiter of the Year in 2022. Her superior ability to understand and effectively communicate with Generation Z elevated her to the top of the US Army's 10,900 recruiters. Noel has transitioned into a successful recruiting career in the civilian sector and advises Reczealient in peer to peer recruiting efforts and the development of Gen Z programs for Service Members. She continutes to serve our nation in the US Army Reserve.
Sarah is a certified health & wellness lifestyle coach, yoga instructor, and published author. She also serves as a legacy ambassador for Lululemon. Sarah has facilitated yoga instruction at the US Naval Academy, collegiate athletic programs, and corporate retreats. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals. Sarah advises Reczealient in nature-based yoga and mindfulness programs.
Nick is a Lieutenant Colonel in the UK Army Reserves where he has planned and executed numerous adventurous training operations for the UK Army Adventurous Training Group throughout his 25 yr career. He holds the Unit Adventure Training Officer qualification. Nick led Kyle in a SCUBA adventurous training op in Cyprus and advises Reczealient efforts in an unofficial capacity. He is a solicitor (attorney) in is civilian occupation and enjoys leading adventurous expeditions across the world.
Stephen is a passionate advocate for Veteran and military suicide prevention efforts. He serves on the National Headquarters Advisory Committee for "Military & Veteran Education & Programs" at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. He has served as a legislative staff member in the US Senate and Strategic Advisor for Military Affairs at Client Care Continuum. Stephen is a registered trainer in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and served 15 years in the US Army.
Rebekah is a former member of the Joint Special Operations Command's Cultural Support Team and frequently deployed to Afghanistan to work with Afghan Female Tactical Platoons serving alongside the 75th Ranger Regiment. Following the US withdrawal, she founded NXT Mission to provide continued advocacy and support for Afghan military partners. Rebekah holds a Master of Social Work and facilitates peer support groups through Give an Hour to provide care to our military community.
Saundra is a Licensed Professional counselor with 20+ years of experience in a variety of settings including school-based and community mental health. She has specialized training in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Saundra currently serves as a counselor at Ouachita Baptist University and youth worship leader at her church. She is passionate about working with youth to help fulfill their purposes.
Tom has owned and operated The Treeline Company since 2012 and is a certified Life Coach who facilitates outdoor adventures for military and business clients throughout Europe. Tom previously served as an outdoor guide in the US before returning home to his native Scotland. Here, he led troubled teens on adventures in the Grand Canyon and other destinations in the Southwest. Tom is considered one of Europe's leading experts in team development through nature connection and mental fitness.
Sam is the owner and senior guide for Rocktown River Outfitters in Little Rock, AR which he has grown to three locations and multiple recreational services since it's founding in 2017. He guided professionally on Browns Canyon in Colorado before returning home to establish the state's first Arkansas River guide service. Sam is passionate about connecting his region to the abundance of recreational opportunities available right outside their door.
Master Sergeant (R) Coalter is a 24 year veteran of the US Air Force where he served in a variety of IT and cybersecurity capacities. He is a Master Resiliency Trainer who has facilitated Total Force Fitness initiatives across various disciplines. Since transitioning out of uniform, Matt now facilitates holistic health and wellness practices with the customers he serves through the National Institute for Fitness and Sport.
